‼ ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ⚠︎ ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ‼ This Terms of Services was updated on August 27, 2026 | Please read EVERY TERM before making the request ‼ ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ⚠︎ ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ‼By submitting this commission request, making payment, and choosing to proceed with any phase of the commission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed within these terms of services. These terms are in agreement towards the Client, and the Artist.Please take into account that I am a student, I carry academic obligations, I participate in extracurricular activities, and contain personal responsibilities that may affect my availability when in communication.This is my Time of Availability of days of the week:- Weekdays (Monday-Friday/School Days) I am available at 4:30 PM —> 9:00 P.M.
- Saturday I am available at 1:00 P.M. —> 10:00 P.M.
- Sunday I am Available at 8:30 A.M.—> 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. —> 9:00 P.M.Please be considerate as there will be times in which I am not fully available with communication. I advise you to wait 24–48 hours for follow-up messages. Repeated messages or demands for an immediate response, will result in an immediate block, this also includes the spam of submitting requests, cancelling them, and submitting requests again.NOTICE: I have recently changed art programs from ibisPaint X to Procreate, therefore, my art style will look slightly different and more time may be taken as I am still getting used to the app.

General

⋆⁺₊❅。 I reserve the unconditional right to decline, cancel, or refuse any commission request. I am also not required to disclose or justify the reason in regards to declining said commission. Attempts to repeatedly message or demand an explanation for the refusal may result in getting blocked and/or blacklisted.⋆⁺₊❅。 Under the circumstance of providing references, they must be clear and understanding. I do not accept written descriptions as a substitute from the visual. If your character design contains any specific details, please be sure that a more clear reference is provided.⋆⁺₊❅。 Take into account that I do NOT accept Artificial Intelligence (AI) Images as a primary reference. But there are circumstances in which the AI contained image is from a different source such as pinterest, therefore NOT being from the Client, or ran through from another artist (This is not a 100% Guaranteed that I will accept).⋆⁺₊❅。 There are cases in which I will accept drawing blood, and limited injury. But, I will not accept of draw anything involving:- Heavy Gore
- Graphic Violence
- NSFW or Sexual Content
- Pornographic Material
- Suggestive content
- Offensive or disrespectful content towards groups or communities (ex. Disabled, LGBTQ+, religious, etc.)
- Anything that goes against my personal safety or what makes me uncomfortable.⋆⁺₊❅。 I am an underage artist, therefore, I maintain strict boundaries in regards to sexual material. If you are a content creator that creates, distributes, commissions, and/or promotes, Lewd/NSFW content, even if the piece you are wanting to be drawn is SFW, I advise you to NOT COMMISSION ME.⋆⁺₊❅。 The previous rule above also includes another person to commission an SFW piece that is associated with the NSFW Client as a substitute. Attempts to cross the boundary will result in an immediate refusal, blocking, and permanent blacklisting.⋆⁺₊❅。 You are strictly PROHIBITED from sending any pornographic or sexually explicit material as a reference. Any attempt will result in refusal, block and blacklisting.

Payment

⋆⁺₊❅。 You must have the completed funds 100% ready before sending in a request. Payment is due 100% upfront after the sketch has been completed and approved.⋆⁺₊❅。 If you are encountering legitimate payment issues, I am allowing a maximum period of 2 weeks to resolve the matter. If payment is not met by then, I reserve the right to cancel/decline the commission.

Revisions

⋆⁺₊❅。 You are entitled to at least three (3) revisions during the sketching phase. After the three revisions have been used, any additional revision will cost $1 USD per change⋆⁺₊❅。 Once the phase of Lineart begins, you are entitled to one (1) revision. After the one revision has been used, any additional changes will cost $5 USD per change.⋆⁺₊❅。 For Weapon Designs Specifically, choosing to have an alternative version may have an additional charge of $5-$10 USD, depending on the complexity or extent of the requested alteration.NOTE: I may NOT agree to even make an alternative change by the time the weapon design has been completed. I suggest you notify me beforehand if you would like for there to be an alternative version when submitting a request.⋆⁺₊❅。 Corrections that are needed from an actual mistake made by me will ALWAYS be corrected, free of charge. I encourage you to communicate such errors as soon as you notice them. Revisions made by my errors are NOT considered as paid revisions⋆⁺₊❅。Requesting for the art piece to be restarted while past the lineart stage, will cost an additional 10%. There may be a chance where I will extend the deadline due to how far I may be. BUT choosing for the art piece to be restarted due to feeling unsatisfied with the sketch will be free of charge.

Deadlines and Delivery

⋆⁺₊❅。The deadline that is provided by me is an ESTIMATE not a GUARANTEED delivery date. My time of completion may range from approximately 1 Week–3 Months. This is all depending on the complexity of the piece, the way my queue looks, personal circumstances and other factors.⋆⁺₊❅。I reserve the right to take a break from commission work whether it’s personal, academic, or health related. Do understand that a lot may happen on both of our ends, so there are times where an unexpected delay may occur.⋆⁺₊❅。You are within your rights to request Work in Progress (WIP) images or updates. However, there are periods in time in which I truly have no meaningful progress made, or no suitable WIP to send. You are reasonable to request updates every few days, but excessive messaging, harassment or pressure in regards to the project is prohibited.⋆⁺₊❅。When the commissioned art piece is completed, it will be delivered through VGen and/or Email with a Google Drive. It will contain multiple versions that you can access, such as:- One with a Watermark PNG + AI Disturbance Filter
- One without a Watermark PNG + without AI Disturbance Filter
- One with a Transparent Background/PNG Render
- A Timelapse Video (30 Seconds)
- A Timelapse Video (Full Length)

Uses and Posting

⋆⁺₊❅。Unless agreed upon from both ends, I retain the rights of copyright and ownership to the art piece. But I do NOT own the character being drawn on the art piece. Purchasing a commission from me does NOT mean you contain the copyright ownership.⋆⁺₊❅。Unless agreed upon from both ends, and upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the art piece.⋆⁺₊❅。Personal Use is included with no additional cost. The following is what is permitted as personal use:- Profile pictures
- Social Media Banners
- Account Displays
- Personal Websites
- Wallpapers and Desktops
- At home display/collections⋆⁺₊❅。You’re permitted to display and post the commissioned piece, but credit must be displayed, wherever is reasonable. Whether to directly tag me, or link my account is completely up to you. I prefer for the commission to be posted with the watermark + AI disturbance filter version, choosing to do otherwise is also permitted.⋆⁺₊❅。Commercial Use is included as well with no additional cost. The following is what is permitted for commercial use:- YouTube Thumbnails
- Streaming Graphics
- Album Artwork/Cover
- Social Media Branding
- Schedule Promotion⋆⁺₊❅。Using the Commissioned artwork for physical merchandise required an additional +100% merchandise licensing fee. The following is included but not limited to:- Shirts
- Hoodies
- Hats
- Cups
- Stickers
- Posters
- Prints
- Other products intended to be sold⋆⁺₊❅。The use of my artwork being in connection with Artificial Intelligence is strictly PROHIBITED. You may not upload, submit, feed, reproduce, modify, train, analyze, transform my work within the concepts of AI. The following is included but not limited to:- AI image generators
- AI enhancement tools
- Generative AI systems
- AI Chat platforms⋆⁺₊❅。The prohibition above applies to my work in any form of my artpiece. Whether it is Sketch, LineArt, any Work in Progress, Cropped Version, Transparent PNG, any previously commissioned piece or fanart.⋆⁺₊❅。Do not use services such as Char GPT, Grok AI, Sora AI, or any AI system to alter or generate different versions of my artwork. Violation of this boundary will result in IMMEDIATE termination of License, Chances to commission me in the future, Block, and permanent blacklisting.

NDAs and Confidentiality

⋆⁺₊❅。Unless an NDA or confidentiality agreement has been made and purchased upon both ends, I retain the right to display and post within the following but not limited to:- Portfolio
- Social Media
- Commission Gallery
- Websites
- Promotional Materials⋆⁺₊❅。If you are commissioning an art piece for a confidential project and do not want the work publicly displayed, or posted for a specific period, you must notify me BEFORE the commission is accepted. The request will bring an additional cost of +10% unless otherwise agreed upon.⋆⁺₊❅。A Formal NDA arrangement may be requested where the client requires the art piece to remain entirely confidential. This request will bring an additional cost of +20% unless otherwise agreed upon. The following includes but not limited to in regards of preventing myself from:- Promoting the artwork
- Displaying the work in my portfolio
- Publicly Identifying my involvement
- Publicly discussing the commission
- Using the work for promotional purposes

Refunds and Cancellations

⋆⁺₊❅。Under no circumstances will a refund be issued once a commission has been completed and delivered.⋆⁺₊❅。If you request to cancel a commission after the work has begun, there is a potential refund amount. The following includes the phase and amount that will be refunded:- LineArt Phase: 80% Refunded
- Base Coloring Phase: 60% Refunded
- Rendering Phase: 40% Refunded
- Final Touches: 20% Refunded
- After Completion of Commission: NO REFUNDS

Restrictions

⋆⁺₊❅。There are materials that I specialize in. There are also materials in which I am still learning, but gradually improving on. The following is included but not limited to:- Fanart
- Female Oriented Characters
- Male Oriented Characters (Material Still Learning, but gradually Improving on)
- Curly Hair (Material still learning, but gradually Improving on)
- Human Characters with animal traits (ex. Cat Ears, Snake Eyes, Dragon Tail, Mermaid ears & Tail, etc.)
- Anything that I believe is within my skill level⋆⁺₊❅。There are instances in which I feel like I cannot fulfill your request, and I may have to decline the commission. Please do not take this as a personal attack, as there is no hate involved.⋆⁺₊❅。There are materials that I do NOT accept, or am not specialized in. The following is included but not limited to:- Mecha
- Complex machinery
- Heavy Gore
- NSFW
- Sexual or Suggestive Content
- Realism
- Heavy Muscle
- Furry Characters
- AI Generated Content
- Couples

Extra Materials

⋆⁺₊❅。Repeated or disregarded violations of these Terms will result in a permanent blacklisting. I only give out 3 strikes. After the 3 strikes, you will be given a notice of Termination of license and blacklisting, with NO FUNDS GIVEN.⋆⁺₊❅。Within the Request form, under “Files and References,” there will be a password to see you have read the Terms of Services. If you have read, and agreed to them, the password is J239Zone . If this is not typed out, the commission request WILL BE DENIED.
